Erin is an Arizona Native, but recently made a move to Santa Cruz, CA. She enjoyed most of her life in the beautiful mountains of Flagstaff, but is now also expanding to coastal living and swapping the Ponderosa’s for Redwoods. After receiving two degrees from Northern Arizona University, Erin began a career in banking in 2000. Since then, Erin has advanced to become a top-producing loan officer, and has excelled at providing clients with the best home buying experience possible. Erin has earned the reputation of being a knowledgeable lender, and often teaches classes to instruct homebuyers. When she's not working, Erin enjoys time with her husband and three amazing children, as well as her two dogs, Chunk and Molly. Erin is also a jazz fan and vintage Volkswagen enthusiast, and can often be seen driving around town in her 1965 VW Beetle.
Melissa MacFerren

Melissa was born and raised in Arizona, but relocated to Orlando, Florida in 1999 and began her career in commercial insurance. Her and her husband spent almost seven years in Florida but after having their son in 2004 they decided to move back home to Arizona to be closer to family. Melissa continued working in the commercial insurance industry for the next eight years working her way up to an account executive position. In June of 2012 Melissa decided to make a big change and became a team loan originator working with one of the best lenders in the business, Erin Moore. Melissa has worked on the Moore-MacFerren Group since joining the lending world and enjoys helping people achieve their home ownership dreams.
